Southwestern outside hitter Katy Lukaszewski (Pasadena, TX/Deer Park HS) was a Third Team selection to the ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District team released on Thursday (Nov. 9).

Lukaszewski earned recognition for her 3.92 cumulative grade point average while majoring in accounting. The SU junior is leading the Pirates with 352 kills and has a 3.12 kills per game average. She owns a .184 hitting percentage and leads the team with 1,279 total attempts.

Lukaszewski is second on the team in digs and digs per game with 398 total for an average of 3.52 per game. She has also added 40 total blocks and 26 service aces for Southwestern.
