An amazing three Southwestern women's golfers were named Duramed FUTURES Tour Division III All-Americans by the National Golf Coaches Association on Wednesday (May 14) and head coach Dan Ruyle was named the Great Lakes Region Coach of the Year at the NGCA Division III Awards Banquet held in Waterloo, IA.

Junior Marisa Mauldin (Utopia, TX/Utopia HS) makes her second appearance as an All-American, only this year she was named to the First Team. Last year, she was a Second Team selection. Mauldin also makes her third appearance on the Great Lakes All-Region Team.

Kristen Davenport (Mansfield, TX/Mansfield HS), a sophomore, was selected as a Second Team All-American performer as well as earning All-Region honors for the second time. Junior Delilah Dominguez (Bastrop, TX/Bastrop HS) earned Honorable Mention All-American laurels.

Southwestern was one of just two teams with three All-Americans this year. The Pirates currently stand in second at the NCAA Division III National Championship in Waverly, IA with two rounds to go.
