Assistant Coach Kyle Shipp

Shipp enters his second season on the Pirates coaching staff. Shipp recently graduated from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in 2007.

Coach Shipp spent four years as a catcher for the Crusaders and in 2007 was named the Senior Male Athlete of the Year, the Scholar Athlete of the Year and was also the recipient of the Fred Jacoby Award in the American Southwest Conference (ASC) that represents leadership, sportsmanship and academic excellence.

Kyle was married in December of 2007. His wife's name is Tiffany.
