Wooten was a 2004 2nd Team All-District pick, a 2005 and 2006 1st Team All-District pick, was All-Tri-County three years (2004-2006), was the Hop Priest Tournament MVP in 2004, All-Tournament (2004-2006), an Academic All-District pick (2004-2006), in 2006 was a Academic All-State selection and played in the state playoffs three years (2004-2006) for the Cardinals at Columbus HS.
