2007-2008 (Senior Year)
Cross Country: As a team captain, Arnhamn was a top-4-finisher in all five meets she competed in for the Pirates. At the SCAC Championships held at Southwestern, she ran a personal best 6k of 24:58.25, was 2nd Pirate to cross finish line, and placed 33rd overall in a field of 93 runners. Her highest overall finish was at the Texas D-III State Championships where she placed 16th out of 74 competitors and covered the 6k course in 26:04.26.

2006-2007 (Junior Year)
Cross Country: Arnhamn competed in all eight meets for the Pirates and posted four top-5-finishes for her team. She ran a personal best 6k of 26:05 at the Texas Lutheran Invitational, finishing 14th of 67 runners. Track: For the third consecutive year, Arnhamn was named All-Conference in the 400m hurdles. She ran a personal best and SU record time of 1:06.59 and placed 2nd at the SCAC Championships. Arnhamn was also part of the 4x400 Meter Relay team that broke the SU record with a time of 4:18.02 and placed 4th at the SCAC Championships.

2005-2006 (Sophomore Year)
Cross Country: Arnhamn competed in four meets for the Pirates. Her best finish was at the Dickinson Invitational 4k race where she posted a time of 18:04.84 and placed 108th out of 210. Track: Arnhamn ran a season-best time of 1:08.50 in the 400m hurdles and placed 4th overall at the Tarlton Relays. At the SCAC Championships, she ran a personal best 400m time of 1:00.31 and placed 5th overall. Arnhamn earned All-Conference honors for placing 3rd in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:08.81.

2004-2005 (First Year)
Track: Arnhamn garnered All-Conference honors by placing 2nd in the 400m hurdles at the SCAC Championships with a time of 1:06.59.
