Southwestern University senior Jameson Otto (Carrollton, TX/Creekview HS) was named the SCAC Men's Runner of the Week for his performance on Saturday (Sept. 30) at the Texas State Division III Cross Country Championships.

Otto won his first-ever collegiate race at the Texas State Division III Cross Country Championships in Abilene, Texas, on Saturday. The SU senior took the individual title with a time of 27:54 in a field of 57. He led the Pirates to a third place finish out of seven teams in the event.
