Junior Kristin Lahaie (Cypress, TX/St. Pius X HS) has been named the SCAC Track Athlete of the Week for meets conducted Friday, April 11 through Saturday, April 12.

Lahaie won the 800 meter run with a time of 2:27.58 at the ASU David Noble Relays competing against a mix of NCAA D-II, III and NAIA schools.

Lahaie also ran a personal-best of 5:07.91 in the 1500 meter run. This is the second win of her life - with both wins coming during the 2008 outdoor track and field season.
